Cancel a pending transaction.

This API endpoint allows you to cancel a pending transaction that has not yet reached the terminal for processing. Cancellation is only possible during the initial "Transaction Initiated" stage, before the terminal begins processing the transaction. Once a transaction is in progress at the terminal, it can no longer be cancelled via this API.
